- A contact is a person. Contacts can be associated with a lead, job and/or company. The primary contact for a lead or job is also known as the client. There can be multiple contacts associated with a lead or job, but a lead or job can only have a single client.
- A contact's record consists of basic contact information such as a name, email, phone number, address and more.
- Birthday
- The date of birth of a contact. Each field is not required.
- Anniversary
- An anniversary date for the contact. Each field is not required.
- Tags
- Keywords you can associate with a contact. Useful for categorizing and searching by tag name.
- Client Portal Credentials
- By default, a contact's client portal does not require a password. Adding a password is optional.
